We will not be liable for shipping carrier damages such as loss, damage, delay, shortage, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation, or failure to provide information in connection with your shipment caused by events we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, mechanical delays, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including customs and health officials) with actual or apparent authority.
In-Hands Date Not Guaranteed
We will not be held responsible if a product does not meet it’s in-hands date due to shipping or manufacturing delays. Our in-hands date is tentative and can change for many reasons including, but not limited to, manufacturing issues, weather conditions, holidays, and shipping delays.

Orders cannot be cancelled after production has begun. Due to the nature of branded goods we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Faulty Merchandise
If there is an issue with the merchandise ordered through us that was not caused during transit – we will credit your account or replace the goods.
