What's included in the Procurement plan?
The Procurement plan ($19.99/mo) includes wholesale pricing on all products, unlimited team members from your domain, internal catalogs, logo kits, pitch decks, unlimited shipping addresses, custom shipper accounts, and payment terms. It's perfect for teams who want to source and order branded merchandise without the overhead of warehousing.
How does storage pricing work?
Stockroom is an add-on: an $85/month base plus usage-based fees. Usage is calculated from the actual weight of your stored inventory plus per-event fees for receiving and pick & pack. On Business, the $85 base is waived—you only pay for usage. Storage is billed monthly.
What's the difference between Stockroom and Business?
Stockroom is an add-on ($85/mo base + usage) that gives you persistent inventory storage at our warehouse, multi-address fulfillment, kitting & gifting campaigns, recipient self-service gift links, and the gifting API — perfect for a solo gifting admin running a recurring program. Business ($249/mo) is the full plan: unlimited manager seats, approval workflows, agency collaborators, custom storefronts for selling & gifting, the ability to accept credit cards, a dedicated account manager, and the Stockroom base fee waived. Add Stockroom to either plan when you need warehousing.
Can I add more storefronts or manager seats?
Yes! Business includes unlimited manager seats at no extra charge. Storefronts are a $99/month add-on per active storefront (Stockroom required, since storefronts ship from inventory)—add as many as you need from your account settings.
What is Agency Mode and how do I get it?
Agency Mode is a free add-on for creative agencies, design studios, and brand consultants. It lets you manage unlimited client workspaces from a single dashboard, use pitch mode for presentations, and seamlessly hand off accounts to clients. Apply for Agency Mode after signing up—we review applications within 24-48 hours.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
Yes! Save 17% when you choose annual billing. Business drops from $249/month to $199/month when billed annually.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you have active storefronts or stored inventory, you'll need to address those before downgrading to a plan that doesn't include those features.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) for subscriptions. For orders, we also offer payment terms (Net 30) for qualified accounts. Contact us to set up invoicing if your organization requires it.
Do you offer print on demand?
Yes! We offer both print on demand and bulk ordering. Print on demand is perfect for smaller quantities, one-off orders, or testing designs before committing to larger runs. For higher volumes, bulk ordering offers better per-unit pricing. Our platform automatically shows you the best options based on your quantity needs.
