Merch storage built for promotional products

Generic 3PLs don't understand size runs, decoration variances, or kit assembly. Brandmerch warehousing is designed from the ground up for branded merchandise — so every pick, pack, and shipment is accurate.

Merch storage and fulfillment

Why generic warehousing fails for merch

Size-run awareness

Track S/M/L/XL/2XL inventory across every SKU so you never oversell a single size or blindly reorder.

Decoration variance tracking

Manage screen-print, embroidery, DTG, and heat-transfer versions of the same product as distinct inventory lines.

Kit component management

Define multi-item kit recipes and track component availability in real time — no spreadsheet math required.

Partial & multi-address release

Ship part of an order to one address and the rest to hundreds — with carrier-level tracking on every package.

Event inventory planning

Reserve stock for conferences and launches, then release leftovers back to general inventory after the event.

Storefront integration

Inventory syncs directly to branded storefronts so employees and recipients see real-time availability at checkout.

  • No. You can send us finished goods from any supplier. We receive, photograph, and inbound them into your warehouse account with full SKU-level tracking. Many teams store a mix of Brandmerch-sourced products and items from existing vendors.
  • Storage is billed per pallet or bin slot per month, depending on the volume and size of your inventory. Pick-and-pack fees are per order. There are no minimums to start — you can scale from a single bin to dedicated pallet racking as your program grows.
  • Yes. You can connect your own UPS, FedEx, or USPS accounts for negotiated rates, or use Brandmerch carrier relationships. Carrier selection and tracking are managed inside the platform regardless of whose account ships the label.
  • You define a kit recipe — for example, a T-shirt + notebook + sticker pack — and we assemble kits on demand when an order or trigger fires. Components are tracked individually, so you will know when any single item in a kit is running low.
