  • Absolutely. You can create a gift storefront with a curated catalog and per-recipient budget. Recipients receive a link, browse the options, enter their shipping address, and select the item they want. You stay in control of what's offered and how much is spent.
  • Yes. You can connect Salesforce or HubSpot through our native integrations or use the Brandmerch API to trigger sends on any CRM event — closed-won deals, onboarding milestones, renewal dates, and more. Each send pulls from pre-stocked warehouse inventory so fulfillment is immediate.
  • Pricing depends on the products you choose and the volume you send. There are no per-send platform fees. You pay for your Merch OS subscription, the cost of goods, and shipping. Visit our pricing page or talk to sales for a custom quote based on your gifting volume.
  • Because inventory is pre-produced and warehoused, most domestic orders ship within 1–2 business days of the send being created. Standard ground delivery adds 3–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout or via API.
